Sound familiar?

You don't need a diagnosis — you need a proper reset.

After months of travel, late nights, restaurant food and stress, most bodies feel it. If more than a couple of these sound like your last few weeks, a supervised cleanse is worth considering.

Heavy, bloated, uncomfortable

Waistband tight by evening, belly puffy even on 'light' days.

Low energy & afternoon slumps

Coffee stops working. You wake up already tired.

Irregular bowel movements

Skipping days, incomplete evacuation, uneven rhythm.

Foggy, unfocused, off

Concentration dips, mood is flatter than it should be.

Recovering from a rough patch

Travel, festive season, antibiotics, or a long stretch of eating out.

Wanting a genuine reset

Not a juice fad — you want something structured and supervised.

Is colon hydrotherapy actually safe?

Yes — when it's done inside a real clinic, with a doctor, sterile equipment and a proper medical screen. It becomes risky when it's done in unregulated spa settings without any of that. Here's exactly how we make it safe.

Doctor screens you first

A physician reviews your history and rules out contraindications — pregnancy, heart or kidney conditions, recent GI surgery, active flare-ups — before you're cleared for a session.

Sterile, single-use consumables

Every nozzle, speculum and tubing set is single-use and disposed of after your session. Nothing is re-used between clients.

Medical-grade device

We use a closed-system hydrotherapy device (not a DIY open bucket). Temperature, pressure and flow are monitored throughout by a trained therapist.

In-clinic, not a spa room

Sessions run inside our functional-medicine clinic in HSR Layout — with medical support on-site, not in an add-on wellness room.

The process

What actually happens, step by step.

No surprises. Here's how a supervised cleanse runs from your first call to your follow-up plan.

01

Consultation call

A 15-minute call to understand your goals, current health, medications and what you want out of a reset.

02

In-clinic assessment

Doctor reviews your history in person, checks vitals and screens for any contraindications. You're only cleared if it's safe.

03

The session (45–60 min)

You lie down in a private room. A trained therapist administers the session with warm filtered water via sterile single-use tubing.

04

Follow-up plan

You leave with a simple diet, hydration and lifestyle protocol — plus WhatsApp access to your team for the next 30 days.

Most people feel lighter within a day. Real change — energy, digestion, rhythm — comes from pairing the session with the follow-up plan.

FAQ

Questions people ask before starting.

Is colon hydrotherapy actually safe?

Yes, when it's done correctly. Every session is medically supervised, uses sterile single-use equipment, and starts with a short consultation to screen for anything that would make it unsuitable for you. Safety isn't an afterthought here — it's the first thing we check.

How much does it cost?

[Insert your actual starting price or package range here] — we believe in pricing transparency, so you'll know the cost before you book, not after a consultation.

What's the difference between colon hydrotherapy and colonic irrigation?

They're the same procedure — colonic irrigation is just the older/clinical name for what's commonly called colon hydrotherapy today. Both refer to a gentle, water-based cleanse of the colon performed under medical supervision.

How is this different from a home enema or cleanse kit?

A home kit is unsupervised, uses uncontrolled water pressure and temperature, and treats the colon in isolation. Our sessions are doctor-supervised, use controlled equipment, and are paired with a diet and lifestyle plan — so the reset actually holds instead of being undone by the same habits a week later.

How many sessions do I need?

It depends on what's actually going on for you — some people benefit from a single session, others from a short series. We'll recommend a number after your initial assessment, not before.

Is there real evidence a gut cleanse helps?

Colon hydrotherapy isn't a cure for a medical condition, and we won't tell you it is. What it can genuinely help with is relieving bloating and sluggishness and giving you a reset point to build better habits from — especially when combined with the diet and lifestyle guidance we provide alongside it.

Who shouldn't get a gut cleanse or colon hydrotherapy?

It's not right for everyone — people with certain conditions like severe hemorrhoids, recent colon or rectal surgery, active inflammatory bowel disease, or certain heart or kidney conditions should avoid it. This is exactly why every session starts with a proper screening consultation, not a walk-in treatment.

Will I need to change my diet afterward?

Yes — the treatment itself is only part of the picture. We'll give you simple guidance on what to eat in the days after your session so the results actually last, rather than just resetting for a week.
